1. Three-sectioned capacitor banks serve as energy storage with total energy about 215 kJ. The accelerator main stage receives 150 kJ, the input ionization block – about 60 kJ, and valves – 5 kJ.

Valves deliver working gas into the input ionization block. discharge duration — 500 msec;
peak current — 200 ÷ 450 kA;

2. Compression plasma flow: diameter – 3 ÷ 20 cm, length – 30 ÷ 50 cm;

Plasma parameters:
working gas – H2, N2 and any gases
plasma velocity – 70 ÷ 200 km/sec;
electron density – 1016 ÷ 1018 cm-3
plasma temperature – 10 ÷ 15 eV
