INFLUENCE OF THE TEMPERATURE AND CYCLIC DEFORMATIONS OF (BixSb1–x)2Te3 FILMS ON THEIR RESISTANCE



Results of investigations on the infl uence of the temperature and cyclic alternating mechanical deformations of (BixSb1–x)2Te3 fi lms on their resistance are presented. The mechanism of electrical conductivity of these fi lms is analyzed.
