THE TWO-STAGE PROCESS OF THERMOCHEMICAL PROCESSING OF LIGNIN IN A FIXED BED. 3. SIMULATION AND NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF THE NONSTATIONARY PROCESS OF PYROLYSIS IN A RETORT

Using the calculation results given in [1, 2], the dynamics of the exit of volatile substances from a close-packed bed of lignin particles in a retort was studied numerically. A nonstationary model of thermal decomposition of lignin pellets into thermolysis products is constructed taking into account the rates of primary and secondary decomposition reactions. The rates of the production of resin and of its dissipation during transition to light gas and coke were studied.
