Temperature-time regimes of heat treatment for producing
oxide films on copper capillary-porous structures (CPSs)
are determined. The stability of the produced oxide
films to multiple heating-cooling cycles under the
conditions of the operation of evaporation-condensation
systems (ECSs) is shown.
