The author considers the state-of-the-art in regeneration
and synthesis of highly active catalysts in low-temperature
electric-arc plasma. A plasmochemical method is developed
and suggested for synthesis and/or regeneration of dead
deactivated catalysts used in ammonia production. The
author's relevant studies are surveyed.
