Experimental and calculated dependences of the coefficient
of thermal efficiency of a heat exchanger are presented for
various effective diameters of the internal channels. It is
shown that a region of a local maximum of the coefficient
of thermal efficiency exists in the regime of a turbulent
flow of the coolant.
