We suggest solutions of two problems of mathematical physics
for a half-space with mixed discontinuous boundary conditions
(BC) assigned on its surface. A circle of radius r = R on the
surface z = 0 is the discontinuity line for the mixed BC. It
is shown that the solution of parabolic-type partial
differential equations with mixed BC in a classical form is
reduced to the solution of the corresponding integral equation
in the region of L-transforms.
