MISCELLANEADETERMINATION OF THE HYDRAULIC RESISTANCE OF A REGENERATOR'S PACKING WITH THE FINITE-ELEMENT METHOD

This technique is based on the finite-element method and may be used in the step of designing of the regenerator where it is necessary to determine the main parameters of the packing without resorting to full-scale tests.
